August 19th (Premium Print Deadline): Final cutoff for the Commander, Officer and NCO tiers. We require commitment and logo submission by this date to guarantee your business logo is included in the mass printing of the official event flyers.
October 23rd (Sponsorship Wall of Honor Deadline): Final cutoff for the Enlisted tier to ensure your name is printed on the main entrance recognition board.

This is our exclusive co-naming-rights package. It is designed for maximum Tri-State visibility and grants your business absolute co-ownership of the event’s most prominent real estate. By stepping up to the Commander Tier, you become the face of the Lawrence County Veterans Benefit Concert.
Your Premium Deliverables:
"Presented By" Co-Naming Rights: Your business name is featured as the official Co-Presenting Sponsors of the event. You will be prominently credited on all official promotional materials, local print press releases, and dedicated social media campaigns as the one of the two presenting co-sponsors.
The Main Entrance Title Display: Your "Presented By" branding will be featured prominently on an enlarged, custom welcome display (featuring the official event lineup) stationed directly at the main entrance check-in station. You will be the very first name every attendee sees as they arrive.
The Main Stage Backdrop: Absolute visual dominance of the venue. A massive, premium banner will be displayed directly behind the drum kit on the main stage. (We will have a custom 2x5 ft banner made for you, or you may provide your own company banner up to a maximum of 3x6 ft).
The "Giant Check" Presentation: Total co-ownership of the night's most important moment. Your company leadership is formally invited onto the main stage for the official, highly photographed presentation of the charity check to the Wreaths Across America representative.
Premium Digital Display: High-frequency rotation on the digital sponsor loop. Your choice of a sponsor-provided 30-second video commercial or a dedicated, full-screen logo. This plays on the dedicated upstairs bar-room TV, which is strategically positioned directly in the line of sight from the main entrance, making it highly visible to all attendees from the check-in hallway.
The VIP Command Post: The absolute best reserved table in the main ballroom. You will receive a dedicated VIP space with premium sightlines of the stage, alongside 6 waived event cover charges for your staff, clients, or guests.
*Recognition benefits are cumulative, but tier-specific quantities and sizes do not stack. The highest applicable tier benefit applies.

Premium Flyer Real Estate: A dedicated 4x2 inch logo block at the bottom of all official promotional flyers.
Premium Perimeter Banner: Your company banner displayed in a high-traffic premium sightline, such as the main entrance or the VIP seating perimeter (you may provide your own company banner up to 2x5 ft, or we will have a custom 2x5 ft banner made for you).
Digital Display: Premium, logo rotation (shared screen) on the digital sponsor loop playing on the venue’s bar room TV throughout the entire concert.
VIP Hospitality: A reserved table in the main ballroom, 4 waived event cover charges.
Formal Commendation: A formal public shoutout and presentation of a framed certificate of appreciation during the official Opening Ceremony.

Submitting Your Business Logo (Commander, Officer & NCO Tiers):
Please email your logo to Sponsors@datwa.org as soon as you commit to your sponsorship tier to ensure we meet the Aug. 19th print deadline.
Accepted File Formats: For the highest quality printing on our flyers and banners, please send a high-resolution .PNG (preferred, as it allows for a transparent background), a high-quality .JPG, or a vector file (.EPS or .SVG).
Entrance Table Promotional Materials
If you are placing promotional items on our Saturday night entrance table, you are welcome to provide standard business cards or promotional flyers.
Size Limits: To ensure fair space for all our community partners, please keep all flyers to a maximum of standard letter size (8.5" x 11") or smaller (such as half-page flyers or postcards).
Materials Pick-up / Drop-Off: Contact Dale Tackett to make arrangements to have your promotional materials picked up or to be dropped off at the event location. You may also simply bring them with you on the day of the concert.
